The burden of hope
At the end of this dying storm we’ve just become strangers. And the fire that once purged the earth vanished and became so obsolete. How time fades - like it was nothing. I descend from our heaven, the kingdom of our hearts. All that we had in common - a blast from the past. And so it ends - this golden time of affinity. Our bond, a fragile structure. I know you too well and still know nothing about you. Whatever happened to us - stored in our memories. I (still) feel the wind in our hair, the moments when we were close. All these hours spent in unison. I never thought that I could be without you. And so we’ve reached the sky of our own demise. Everything I saw in you gone and lost forever.
